2.3 Intellectual Property Violations

  • Process copyrighted files without proper authorization
  • Remove watermarks, DRM, or other copyright protections from files you do not own
  • Use our tools to create counterfeit or fraudulent documents

2.4 Automated Access

  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service without permission
  • Mirror or reproduce the Service or its content
  • Use the Service as a backend for your own application without authorization

2.5 Abuse of Service

  • Use the Service in a way that degrades performance for other users
  • Circumvent any usage limits or restrictions
  • Impersonate Favtoo or its affiliates

3. Your Responsibility

Since all file processing happens in your browser, you are solely responsible for:

  • The legality and ownership of files you process
  • Ensuring you have the right to process and modify the files
  • Maintaining backups of important files
  • Complying with applicable laws in your jurisdiction

4. Enforcement

While we cannot monitor browser-local processing, we reserve the right to:

  • Block IP addresses that engage in abusive behavior
  • Rate-limit excessive automated requests
  • Report illegal activity to law enforcement
  • Modify or terminate the Service at our discretion

6. Changes
